North Shore Boot Camp (NSBC) was formed when Kenilworth resident and West Point graduate, Donna Calk, teamed up with Harris Sophocleous of Personal Peak to develop a challenging group fitness program for women.  The camp is designed to push each participant to her physical limits, while providing a "team" approach with friends and neighbors cheering each other on. 

Several training methods are incorporated, including running, core work, functional movements and calisthenics, as well as exercises using kettlebells, medicine balls, bands, jump rope and weighted bars.  Each class is uniquely challenging for those of all fitness levels, and is designed to improve overall physical conditioning, cardiovascular health, flexibility and strength, as well as provide a fun, comfortable environment to make new friends.
